Sejal Dave taught both my sons at their elementary schools. She created a warm and caring environment in her classroom that fostered a safe space for them to learn. In addition to being a great teacher she was always available to communicate with me as a parent and help guide me in making the best decisions for their education. We’ve known Sejal for over 5 years and despite her not being their current teacher she always checks in to see how they are doing!

Sejal was Joseph’s elementary teacher. Her experience and expertise in learning skills and motivating students are impressive. Joseph has been using Sejal’s study skills every day. She always understood his learning needs and was able to help him grow. Even though he is a teenager now, he often thinks about Sejal and uses her strategies. Sejal has years of experience in the educational field. She establishes a positive classroom atmosphere and always motivates her students to work to their potential. She develops wonderful relationships to make each and every child feel comfortable, confident, and loved.

Sejal worked as a special education teacher in my classroom during the covid virtual year 2020-2021 and during the 2022-2023 in person school year. She always goes above and beyond to help her students and her colleagues. My students always looked forward to going to Sejal’s class and my general education students, who did not receive any services from her, loved when she would come in and co-teach special lessons. For example, one year Sejal taught my class all about Diwali during her prep period. She took the time out of her day to teach a special lesson for all students, not just those assigned to her. Sejal is an educator to all and an asset to the entire school community.

I worked with Sejal as an elementary Special Education Paraprofessional. She provided a fun and enriched classroom teaching style. Sejal’s teaching style was so effective that our learners transitioned to the mainstream population with little to no support aides.

Sejal was also a great teacher and role model. She valued her staff and always provided positive feedback. Sejal was always receptive to her staff’s feedback and concerns and ensured the staff was trained on any new programs or skills.

Sejal is an exceptional teacher. She is supportive of her staff and learners. As a teacher, she provides meaningful growth for her learners to succeed in their educational plan.

Sejal Dave was a pleasure to work with. I served as the paraprofessional in the classroom she was the lead teacher in the public school setting. She is very personable and always put the needs of the children first, while still taking care of her coworkers. Sejal is extremely nurturing and has a warm heart. Any parent would be lucky to have their child under her care.
